(formerly Core Sp. z o.o.), further consolidating its presence in Poland and in the Central and Eastern European markets.<\/p>\n
The transaction strengthens the Group’s presence in an area that is increasingly strategic for the development of Italian and international companies, expanding its capacity to support clients and partners in their growth, internationalization, and business development processes.<\/p>\n
Luigi Riva has been confirmed as Chairman with operational responsibilities, ensuring continuity and strategic vision for activities in the Polish market. Piero Cannas, President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Poland and a key figure in strengthening economic relations between the two countries, will continue in his role as Vice Chairman. Donato Di Gilio, however, is stepping down from all positions within the company.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the full integration of the Polish entity, Strategic Management Partners will be able to develop new synergies among its areas of expertise and further strengthen its support for companies operating in or planning to invest in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n
